What we collect

• Quote form: ZIP code, sauna model and size, services needed, timeline, optional panel details, name, email, phone, notes, your consent and the exact consent wording, the time you submitted, the page you submitted from, the referring page, and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
• Cost calculator: runs entirely in your browser. We don't receive your inputs unless you carry them into the quote form (the estimate range is passed in the link).
• Technical data: our host and any analytics we use may log IP address, browser type and pages visited.
• Browser storage: if a quote request fails to send, the form stores it in your browser's local storage so it can retry. You can clear it by clearing site data.

How we use and share it

• To match your request with up to three local professionals (for example electricians, pad installers, assemblers or sauna dealers) who serve your area. We share your request details and contact information with them so they can contact you, as you consented to. They may pay us for the referral.
• To contact you about your request.
• With service providers that host our site and store form submissions (for example our database provider), under their own security terms.
• If required by law.

We don't sell your information to data brokers or for unrelated marketing.

Retention

We keep quote requests for up to 24 months for record-keeping (including consent records), then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can withdraw consent to be contacted at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling a caller, or emailing us. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at hello@barrelsaunaguide.com. Professionals who already received your request handle their own records; we'll tell you who they are on request. Residents of states with privacy laws (such as California) may have additional rights, which we'll honor.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
