How we make money: some links on this page are affiliate links, so we may earn a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you. Local pros may pay us for quote requests. Neither changes what we write. Full disclosure.

We check prices on 75 barrel saunas every day, straight from each seller's own product page. On November 2, 2026, these were the cheapest models we track at each size, by rated seats:

• Up to 2 Seats: Almost Heaven Arcadia at $3,499.99 from Costco
• 3 or 4 Seats: Backyard Discovery Paxton 2-4 Person at $3,499 from Backyard Discovery
• 5 or More Seats: Backyard Discovery Paxton 4-6 Person at $4,499 from Backyard Discovery

The table below lists every model we track, with today's lowest price, the other sellers we track, and a 90-day trend line. Here's how to read each column:

• Lowest Price Today: The bold number is the cheapest base price we found, with the seller's name under it. When a second number appears beside it, that's the seller's compare-at price. A seller sets its own compare-at price, and it can sit above what the brand's own store charges, so judge a deal against the other sellers in the next column.
• Other Sellers: This column lists every other seller we track for that model, cheapest first. "None tracked" means we follow only one seller for that model.
• 90-Day Trend: Once a model has at least 2 days of history, a small line shows how its price has moved, with the number of days logged and the 30-day low beside it.
• Good Time to Buy: This flag appears under the price when today's lowest price is at or below the lowest price we've logged in the last 30 days.

These are base prices for the sauna itself. A cheap kit can still cost more to install, because a bigger heater needs a bigger circuit, and a licensed electrician sizes that circuit to your heater and your local code. Check seats, heater, and wiring in our barrel sauna spec comparison table before you decide. Then use our barrel sauna cost guide to add up the pad, electrical work, permits, and assembly.

If you'd rather wait for a sale, our barrel sauna deals page compares each dealer's price with the brand's own store and lists every price drop we've logged.

Price tracking started in October 2026. Trend lines and the good-time-to-buy flag will fill in once we have 7 days of history.

Models Without a Public Price

These models are sold only through dealers who quote by phone or email, so there is no public price for us to track. When you ask a local dealer for a quote, find out what it includes, such as the heater and shipping, so you can compare it fairly with the prices above.

How We Check Prices

Every price on this page comes from a daily automated check of each seller's own product page. Here's what the check records and what it can't see.

• Where Prices Come From: Every day we read each tracked seller's public product listing (Shopify product data or the retailer's structured product data) and record the lowest price for the base configuration, so every model is compared the same way. Upgrades such as bigger heaters, windows, or Wi-Fi controls cost extra.
• Costco and Other Big Retailers: Costco prices are member prices, so you'll need a membership to pay them. Costco also shows stock only once you enter a ZIP code, so check its page for your area. Home Depot, Lowe's, Wayfair, and Amazon block automated checks and aren't in the log. If you spot a model at one of them, compare its price with the table yourself.
• Prices We Throw Out: If a check picks up a different configuration or lands on a broken page, we throw that price out instead of logging it, so a bad read doesn't show up as a price change.
• What You'll Pay at Checkout: Sales change prices often, and shipping costs and lead times differ by seller. The seller's checkout is the final word, so check shipping and delivery time there before you pay.
